Cardamom Cake Recipe
One Friday afternoon I was craving for some cake to have with my tea and decided to make this. I decided to improve this on the fly by adding some cardamom powder with some toppings of almonds and pistachios. So, here is a simple cardamom cake recipe with toppings of almonds and pistachios prepared in less than 10 minutes and baked in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 70g sugar
- 8g vanilla sugar
- 5g baking powder
- 2 tbsp cardamom powder
- 100g melted butter
- 3 medium-sized eggs
- 125ml milk
- 10g of crushed pistachios (optional)
- 25g of almond flakes (optional)
Preparation:
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- To this mix, add the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
- Whisk them properly until you do not see any lumps.
- Pour the mix to a baking form; I used a 20-inch one.
- Add the almonds and pistachios if you wish too.
- Leave it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Check for consistency with a toothpick.
Enjoy the cake with some nice tea or coffee.
