Raspberry Cake Recipe

I love simple cakes made out of different berries and raspberries are one of my favorites. So, here is a simple raspberry cake recipe with toppings of almonds stripes prepared in less than 10 minutes and baked in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  1. 200g flour
  2. 70g sugar
  3. 8g vanilla sugar
  4. 5g baking powder
  5. 125g raspberries
  6. 100g melted butter
  7. 3 medium-sized eggs
  8. 125ml milk
  9. 25g of almond flakes (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. To this mix, add the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  3. Whisk them properly until you do not see any lumps.
  4. Pour the mix to a baking form; I used a 20-inch one.
  5. Add the almonds and raspberries to the mix.
  6. Leave it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Check for consistency with a toothpick.

Enjoy the cake with some nice tea or coffee.
